These terms describe the paid beta plans offered through Workspace Recovery Vault. Contact: sagepennystudio@gmail.com.
Consumer plans
Free: £0, automatic local captures, 7-day history, integrity checks, recovery previews, basic search and manual export/import.
Pro: £2.99 per month or £24 per year, including tax, recurring until cancelled. Includes up to 1 year of local history, advanced search, scheduled encrypted downloads and optional encrypted cloud recovery on up to 5 devices. Cloud storage is 250 MB per account, up to 10 MB per copy. Hourly backups run while Chrome is running, copies expire after 1 year, and uploads pause when full.
Local Lifetime: £49 once for the local premium features in the purchased edition, with a permanent signed activation certificate. Includes extended local history, advanced search and scheduled encrypted downloads. It excludes vendor-hosted cloud backup. Files go to Chrome’s Downloads folder and can be copied into your own backup system. Save the activation certificate and keep an independent copy of your archives.
Account and recovery
Save your private account recovery code before purchasing. Keep your separate cloud passphrase safe. The publisher cannot replace a forgotten account code or decrypt a backup without its passphrase. Cloud copies do not automatically open tabs or transfer all local history. You select, decrypt, import and preview a copy before recovery.
Cancellation and refunds
Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout and payment support. Pro renews automatically and can be cancelled through Stripe Link before the next renewal. Local recovery and manual exports remain free after cancellation. Existing local history keeps its saved expiry. Cloud recovery is available for 30 days after paid access ends, subject to the copy’s earlier individual expiry.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of any payment, including a Pro renewal or Local Lifetime purchase. Contact sagepennystudio@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt reference, or request payment support through Link. When a Pro payment is fully refunded under this policy, the subscription will also be cancelled to prevent another renewal. Refunded payments no longer grant paid features. Free local recovery, integrity checks, manual export/import and previously saved local restore points remain available. Do not send account recovery codes or passphrases. This voluntary policy does not limit applicable consumer rights or Stripe/Link’s separate refund powers, including refunds within 60 days in certain cases.
Backup limits
No backup system guarantees recovery from every browser crash, storage failure, uninstall or device loss. Inspect the local and cloud status, verify copies and keep independent exports. Chrome must be running for scheduled work. Vault does not capture page contents, form drafts, login cookies or passwords.
